Dual-loop cement grinding system
Gypsum, clinker, and other additives are transported by vehicles and stored in the yard. They are directly sent to the receiving hopper through forklifts. After being metered by rod valves and batching scales, they are conveyed to the ball mill by a belt conveyor. A bag filter is installed in the workshop to remove dust from the workshop, and the filtered gas is discharged into the atmosphere by a centrifugal fan.
Metered clinker, gypsum, and additives are directly fed into the ball mill. Under the action of grinding media in the ball mill, the mixture is ground into fine powder particles and enters the O-SEPA powder classifier through the elevator. After separation, the qualified fine powder is collected by the dust collector and sent to the storage warehouse for storage, and the coarse material is returned to the mill for re-grinding.
Cement silos are set up according to requirements. The bottom of the silo is equipped with a pressure relief cone and inflation device supplied by a Roots blower. Cement is discharged from the silo through a bottom discharge device, transported by an air-conveying chute and a bucket elevator, and sent to the cement packaging system. Each cement silo is equipped with a bulk cement dispensing system for truck distribution as needed.
A compressed air station is provided for production use. The compressed gas is purified and dried, serving as an air source for pneumatic valves, pulse valves, and instruments.
(1) Clinker batching control
The control room measures the content of various control components in the ground cement and inputs the analysis results into the batching microcomputer. The control system automatically adjusts the proportion of various materials based on the analysis results and set values to achieve automatic control of clinker batching.
(2) Load control system of the mill
Based on laboratory data, the batching microcomputer adjusts the feeding rates to keep the mill in good operating condition.
(3) DCS system is adopted to control motor start/stop and process parameters.

In the case of the same particle size of the finished product, compared with other processes, the output can be increased by 30% under the same power condition, and the energy consumption in production can be reduced by about 15%.

The project adopts a Φ4.2×13m cement open-flow tube mill, combined with a 170-140 roller press and a 1200V-type powder separator, to form a squeezing and joint grinding process, creating an independent and complete cement grinding, bulk, and packaged cement production line. The process is advanced, and the equipment configuration is of a high level. Once completed, it will have an annual cement production capacity of 2 million tons.
